Breakfast in Chivay
Breakfast in Chivay (3,600 m a.s.l.), then a further 2-hour drive to the Cruz del Cóndor Viewpoint.

Cruz del Cóndor Viewpoint
Watch the condors soar over the canyon, which is 1,250 m deep down to the river (up to 2,700 m measured from Mount Bomboya). Approx. 1 h 15 min stop.

Antahuilque, Maca & Yanque
Stop at the Antahuilque Viewpoint and the villages of Maca and Yanque, where we visit a Baroque church.

Chivay & hot springs
Arrival in Chivay, optional visit to the hot springs and buffet lunch. Return to Arequipa with stops at Patapampa (Andes Viewpoint) and the Salinas and Aguada Blanca National Reserve, home to camelids such as the vicuña.
