Air Europa flight UX 1683, departs Madrid 9:10 am and arrives in Istanbul 1:55 pm. Transfer to the hotel and overnight.

Day 3 · Apr 14, 2027: Istanbul
Breakfast and tour of the old city with its finest Ottoman and Byzantine monuments: the Roman Hippodrome with the Obelisk of Theodosius, the Egyptian Obelisk, the Serpent Column and the German Fountain; the Blue Mosque, the only one with 6 minarets in its time, and a panoramic exterior view of Hagia Sophia. Return to the hotel on your own. Meals: breakfast.

Day 4 · Apr 15, 2027: Istanbul – Ankara – Cappadocia
Breakfast and departure to Ankara to visit Atatürk's Mausoleum. Continue to Cappadocia past the Salt Lake. Visit a carpet workshop and a ceramics workshop. Arrival at the hotel and overnight. Optional flight Istanbul / Cappadocia (supplement applies). Meals: breakfast and dinner.

Day 5 · Apr 16, 2027: Cappadocia
At dawn, optional hot-air balloon ride over the fairy chimneys. Breakfast and visit to the Göreme Open-Air Museum with its rock-cut churches, the Avcilar and Güvercinlik valleys and the Uchisar valley with its rock fortress. In the afternoon, an underground city (Özkonak, Mazı or Saratlı) and onyx, turquoise and ceramics workshops. Optional: Turkish night with show. Meals: breakfast and dinner.

Day 6 · Apr 17, 2027: Cappadocia
Free day. Optional ski excursion to Mount Erciyes (60 minutes from Cappadocia) with cable car, lunch and clothing rental; return to the hotel around 5:00 pm.

Day 7 · Apr 18, 2027: Cappadocia – Pamukkale
Breakfast. On the way, visit a Kervansaray, a medieval Silk Road inn. Visit the white cascades, stalactites and thermal pools of Pamukkale and ancient Hierapolis, with its theater and the largest necropolis in Anatolia. Short outlet stop. Meals: breakfast and dinner.

Day 8 · Apr 19, 2027: Pamukkale – Ephesus – Kuşadası
Breakfast and departure to Ephesus, capital of Asia Minor in Roman times: Temple of Hadrian, Library of Celsus, Great Theater and Agora. Visit a leather goods center and the House of the Virgin Mary. Transfer to the hotel. Meals: breakfast and dinner.

Day 9 · Apr 20, 2027: Izmir (or Kuşadası) – Bursa – Istanbul
Breakfast and departure to Bursa, crossing the Gulf of Izmir on the Osman Gazi suspension bridge. In Bursa, the first Ottoman capital: Grand Mosque, Green Mosque and Green Tomb. Stop at a Turkish delight shop and continue to Istanbul. Optional flight Izmir / Istanbul (supplement applies). Meals: breakfast.

Breakfast and free day. Optional Bosphorus cruise. Meals: breakfast.

Day 11 · Apr 22, 2027: Istanbul – Madrid – Lima
Breakfast and transfer to the airport. Air Europa flight UX 1684 (Istanbul 3:35 pm – Madrid 6:50 pm) connecting to UX 0175 (Madrid 11:45 pm – Lima 4:25 am the next day). End of services.
